Founder support & special projects
That thing you’ve been meaning to deal with? Let’s deal with it.
Every business owner has a list of things that need attention but never quite make it to the top. A service agreement that needs reviewing. A billing issue that keeps going in circles. A vendor that isn’t delivering what was promised. Sometimes you don’t need another platform or another hire. You need someone resourceful enough to dig in, ask questions, make the calls, organize the information, and move it toward a resolution.
“Are we actually getting what we’re paying for?”
I review the service documentation, compare what was promised with the records available, organize the discrepancies, and coordinate follow-up with the provider.
“I’ve called three times and gotten nowhere.”
I document the issue, contact the right support channels, track the responses, and follow up until there is a clear next step.
“Which provider or agreement makes the most sense?”
I research the options, compare terms, pricing, and service levels, and organize the findings so you can decide with confidence.
“This has been on my list for six months.”
I turn it into a defined set of tasks, work out what depends on what, and bring it to a proper conclusion.
- Vendor and service-provider research
- Contract and service-agreement administration
- Service comparisons and pricing research
- Billing discrepancy research and follow-up
- Vendor communication and escalation coordination
- Document organization and information gathering
- Operational research and special projects
- Process documentation and workflow improvements
I gather facts, organize records, coordinate communications, and escalate through normal channels. I don’t provide legal, insurance, or financial advice, I can’t promise a particular outcome, and I never act on your behalf without your approval. For ad hoc work, we agree on the scope, and a time or spending cap, in writing before I start.
ways to work together
Three ways to work together.
Ongoing partnership
A monthly agreement with an established scope, regular collaboration, and predictable support. This is my primary offering, because the work gets better as I learn your business.
Focused project
A defined marketing, research, or operational initiative with a clear deliverable.
Ad hoc founder support
Additional approved work under an existing agreement, with hourly billing or a separately quoted fee.
I talk through pricing after I understand the work, because the right shape depends on your business. I take on a limited number of ongoing clients so I can give each one real attention.
a little about working together
The best work happens when we’re both invested.
I’ll bring ideas, curiosity, thoughtful execution, and honest communication. I ask that my clients bring the same spirit of collaboration, timely feedback, and the information needed to keep things moving.
