about

Good work starts with good relationships.

Hi, I’m Leigha. I like good people, good ideas, and figuring things out.

my story

I want to know why you built it.

Not because every marketing campaign needs an inspirational founder story. Because understanding the person behind a business usually explains a lot about the business itself. Why you do something differently. Why customers stay. Why you care so much about something your competitors treat like an afterthought.

Before marketing, I spent about a decade in commercial real estate and large-scale development, where nothing moves unless someone keeps track of every moving part. I carried that into digital marketing, where I managed accounts across home improvement, healthcare, and professional services.

I started from heart to market around the part of the work I loved most: learning what a founder believes in, and helping other people see why it matters. That’s what the name means. The heart is yours. Taking it to the market is my job.

my approach

Curious, strategic, and practical.

I’m as comfortable shaping a campaign concept as I am chasing down the vendor who hasn’t called back. I think strategically, write carefully, and I like the less glamorous work that makes the glamorous work possible.

I would rather be useful than rigid about my lane.

my philosophy

Business is personal to the people who build it. Marketing should respect that.

I don’t believe the answer to every marketing problem is more content. Sometimes the answer is buried in something a customer said last week, or in the way a founder explains why they do things differently. My job is to pay attention to those things and decide what to do with them.

“I don’t want to just know your brand guidelines. I want to know your business.”

how I work

Here’s what that looks like.

You work with me directly. I limit how many clients I take on so each one gets real attention.

  • I listen closely first. Before I suggest anything, I want to hear it in your words.
  • I ask the questions that find what matters. Usually that’s where the marketing starts.
  • I remember. The detail you mentioned three months ago still counts.
  • I finish what I start. Real follow-through, with honest updates along the way.

a little about working together

The best work happens when we’re both invested.

I’ll bring ideas, curiosity, thoughtful execution, and honest communication. I ask that my clients bring the same spirit of collaboration, timely feedback, and the information needed to keep things moving.

Let’s talk about what you’re building.

Tell me about the business, what’s working, and what isn’t. If we’re a good fit and I have capacity, we’ll talk through what working together could look like.
